All Parts (excluding batteries, see below) are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind,
either expressed or implied, oral or written, statutory or otherwise, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Batteries purchased from Mosquito Control Technology are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 1 (one) year from date of purchase. In the event of notification within the warranty period, and proof of original purchase, Mosquito Control Technology will replace the defective battery provided there had not been damage resulting from user abuse or neglect. Battery returns will not be issued without original receipt.

If customer does not purchase optional shipping insurance, Mosquito Control Technology is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in shipping.

Returns on un-used items will only be accepted on brand new (ie un-used) items and must be within 30 days of original purchase. If both conditions are not met, no refund will be issued.
